A breathtakingly beautiful property for up to 24 people. This singular Catalan farmhouse, with foundations that date back to the 16th century, sits atop a small hill, amidst 120 hectares of land. The view onto the Garraf Nature Reserve and the sea is simply stunning. In 10 minutes you are in the charming seaside town of Sitges, and Barcelona is only 30 minutes away.
The 1300m2 house was completely renovated a few years ago and tastefully, elegantly and very comfortably furnished. Furthermore, there are 70 artworks and paintings amongst the decoration. A lot of attention was paid to creating spaces that would please different age groups: there are 4 living rooms - one with a pool table, one with a home cinema, one with an open fireplace and a games room - as well as 2 bars, a wine cellar and a meeting room. The dining room can seat up to 24 people, and the large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with every imaginable kitchen amenity. There are 8 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bath (5 with a shower, 2 with shower and tub and 1 with a tub). 4 of the bedrooms have a private living room with a double sofa-bed, which can comfortably accommodate 2 people and is therefore perfect for families with children. All of the rooms feature a different style: from the Bali Suite to the Japanese room, there is one to please just about every taste. In addition, there is a little, separate house with an entrance, a split-level living room with a sofa-bed and 3 single beds on the upper level, a modern, open-plan kitchen and a bath with a shower.
The temperate climate of the Costa Brava allows you to spend your entire day outdoors, from morning to night. The grounds include a wide variety of corners and areas, such as the enormous infinity swimming pool (18,5 x 6m) with a children's pool, a jacuzzi and a lovely view onto the valley, the expansive sundeck with deck chairs and parasols as well as a Moroccan lounge straight out of A Thousand and One Nights. Here you can grill on the BBQ and enjoy memorable dinners under a canopy of stars. The rental includes a daily maid service and other services, such as catering, a private cook, babysitter, driver, wine tasting, massage or private yoga class, are also available.

This incredibly beautiful country house is approx. 2km from Sant Pere de Ribes and only 5km from Sitges and its long, sandy beaches. The closest supermarket is 1km away and the restaurants and shops in the centre of Sant Pere de Ribes are 2 km from the house.
The property is nestled amidst 120 hectares of vineyards and beautiful nature. You can go for walks on the 14km network of private paths or go hiking and mountain biking in the Garraf Nature Reserve. The beaches in Sitges (6 km) offer every kind of water sport, and the closest golf course is also located here (6km). There are another 4 golf courses in a 30km radius. The nearest tennis court is in Sant Pere de Ribes, 2km away, and there are 3 marinas in and around Sitges. Sitges is also rich in cultural activities, host to several festivals (including an International Film Festival for Fantastic Cinema in the fall) and other programming, such as theatre, cinema, concerts and an ample variety of restaurants. After dinner you can opt for one of Sitges' many bars and nightclubs that can keep you up and dancing until sunrise. The Penedés wine region is excellent for wine and cava tastings and tours. The heart of the Penedés is Vilafranca, located just 20km from the house. In 30 minutes you are in Barcelona, one of Europe"s most popular cities, and in 45 minutes you are in Port Aventura, a fun-filled amusement park.
