Built in 1913, this house is a marvellous example of modernist Catalan architecture. The property has been officially classified as a historic building by the Catalan government. Charming details abound, such as the elegant tower with a colourful tile roof, which gives the building much of its splendour and has stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The facade, balconies and colourful mosaics are all typical of the local modernist style.
Both the grounds and the house have been restored in accordance with the original style and equipped with the latest in technology. There is a large swimming pool (9 x 6m) with a spacious terrace, deckchairs and a BBQ area with tables. Furthermore, there is a car park for up to 30 vehicles. The masía has 3 floors with 10 bedrooms (9 doubles and 1 single), a reading room, a living room with TV and stereo, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. An elevator provides easy access to all three floors and there is WIFI internet connection.
The ground floor includes an entrance and reception area, a reading room with a piano, and a living room with satellite TV and a stereo. This room leads into a spacious dining room with enormous windows and direct access to the adjacent kitchen (fully equipped). The old wine cellar has been turned into a beautiful hall (200m2) that is ideal for organising any kind of event.
The first floor has 6 bedrooms, all of them with direct access to a private terrace. There is 1 double bedroom with a private bath with a tub and shower, 1 single room and 4 duplex-style double rooms, each one with a private bath. All of the beds are singles but can be prepared as either singles or doubles, providing guests with lots of flexibility when it comes to deciding on sleeping arrangements. All of the bathrooms have a shower. The duplex-style rooms are very large, which means that it is absolutely no problem to add an extra bed to the lower section. 
The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms: a double room with a bath, a duplex-style double with a bathroom and a mini-kitchenette in the lower part and a double room located in the tower, which leads out onto a private terrace with breathtaking views onto the landscape below.
Next to the main building there is an annex with an enormous hall that can hold 10 additional beds, if the 9 bedrooms in the house cannot accommodate all of the guests. The annex also has several bathrooms with showers.

location: Sant Pere de Ribes

The house lies halfway between Sant Pere de Ribes and Vilanova i la Geltrú, about 2km from both towns. The closest beach is in Vilanova, and Sitges, with its charming centre and golden beaches, is just 5km from the house. The house, the pool, the patios and terraces all sport lovely views onto the neighbouring vineyards. This is a unique place with its own special charm - perfect for large groups, events, weddings or other celebrations. 
The beaches in Sitges offer every kind of water sport, and the closest golf course is also located here (6km).  There are another 4 golf courses in a 30km radius. The nearest tennis court is in Sant Pere de Ribes, 2km away, and there are 3 marinas in and around Sitges.  Sitges is also rich in cultural activities, host to several festivals (including an International Film Festival for Fantastic Cinema in the fall) and other programming, such as theatre, cinema, concerts and an ample variety of restaurants. After dinner you can opt for one of Sitges' many bars and nightclubs that can keep you up and dancing until sunrise. The Penedés wine region is excellent for wine and cava tastings and tours. The heart of the Penedés is Vilafranca, located just 20km from the house. In 30 minutes you are in Barcelona, one of Europe"s most popular cities, and in 45 minutes you are in Port Aventura, a fun-filled amusement park.
