This luxurious apartment is just 500 m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava -¨la Fosca¨. It is a very spacious, comfortable and and tastefully decorated apartment, on the first floor of a large villa which has been converted into 5 units (see also ref. V116).The apartment is 130 m2 and takes up two floors. The large living room is furnished with cosy sofas, nestled into a niche near the open fireplace, TV and a stereo with speakers in every room. The living room is connected to a dining room with access to the roofed terrace. A wooden staircase leads up to a mezzanine that is also furnished with sofas. This floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The adjacent kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, coffee-maker, electric kettle and toaster. There are three bedrooms that can be arranged to your liking - either as 2 doubles or one room with a double bed and two rooms with one single bed each. The larger bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the other two share a bath (both have tubs). There is a lovely terrace which has gorgeous sea views and furniture for enjoying meals outside on.
The villa has a large, well kept and established garden which is shared with the guests of 8 other apartments. There is also a big shared swimming pool (12 x 6m) and a barbeque, and 1 parking space reserved for the guests of this apartment.

This lovely apartment is in a quiet residential area, only 500 m from the beach, 400 m from the nearest restaurant and 800 m from the nearest shop. We highly recommend the restaurant "Hostal la Fosca", which is on the beach. The nearest large beach town Palamós, where there are lots of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and other leisure facilities is just 4 km away. This region is famous for its wonderful beaches in craggy bays with crystal clear blue seas. There are lots of places nearby where you can enjoy water sports and other activities like cycling, climbing, golf, tennis and horse riding.pictures

Das Appartment in La Fosca war super! Die Besitzerin sehr nett und zuvorkommend und das Appartment einfach toll: groß, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne Terasse, 2 Bäder (super mit 5 Leuten). Der Garten und der Pool auch sehr schön und gepflegt - überhaupt die ganze Anlage super. Die Lage war auch gut, wir sind oft in die kleinen Buchten von Tamariu gefahren, wobei der Strand in La Fosca auch schön ist. E.H. 28.09.2006
