This apartment is on the first (and top) floor of a small house and has 2 large terraces with a beautiful view of the Romanesque church in the village and the surrounding landscape. The apartment has a living and dining room with direct access to the terrace, a fireplace and TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with a single). The bathroom is large and has a tub. The terrace is furnished with an outdoor table, making this a fantastic spot for having dinner whilst enjoying the spectacular view.

The house lies approx. 3km from the small town of Su, which has a good, simple restaurant, a charming village church and many pretty stone houses. The village also has a riding stable. The best place to go grocery shopping is Cardona (14 km), where one finds all necessary amenities - large supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Cardona is well-known for its castle, which sits atop a mountain and has amazing views from the observation deck, and its salt mines, which are open to the public.
Nature lovers and the athletically inclined will find this to be a little slice of heaven. The immediate surroundings are wonderful for hiking, cycling or simply enjoying the great outdoors, undisturbed by traffic and other signs of urban life. The Sant Ponç reservoir is great for fishing (14km), the closest golf course is in Ribera Salada (27km) and Port del Comte (50km) in the Pyrenees is an excellent place for skiing or mountain excursions.
